Homemade Apple Sauce

Here are some photos of our class making homemade applesauce.  
It did not get as many "thumbs up" as the grape juice...the kids thought it was "too spicy"(could be that they added too much cinnamon).  The teachers, however, thought it was delicious and our room smelled heavenly all day!
